Your area of responsibility
- Further development of internal personnel development within the directorate by improving processes and structures in close collaboration with the managers of the various departments to skilfully link effective learning and everyday work
- Designing, coordinating and supporting internal and external training courses and ensuring that learning content has a sustainable impact for employees and the employer
- Active participation and support of managers in determining key positions and identifying employees with development potential
- Supporting managers with development and succession issues as well as actively accompanying employees in their professional and personal development
- Development and management of digital and user-oriented learning formats for the directorate and departments as well as organisation and moderation of workshops
- Taking on partly administrative tasks
Your background
- University degree in psychology or business administration as well as specific further training in personnel development and extensive professional and project experience
- Interest in working in the public administration with proximity to political issues and with a variety of people from different fields
- Digital affinity, creativity and good conceptual skills
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Independent, networked, structured and solution-oriented way of working

General Secretariat
The General Secretariat coordinates activities within the Building and Environmental Protection Directorate and includes various staff units, in particular the legal, personnel, IT and communications departments as well as the economics and finance department. It ensures the management instruments of the directorate, advises the directorate and departments as well as the government on matters within their areas of responsibility and prepares decision-making bases. In addition, it ensures the optimal handling of business.
