Production Supervisor__
About the Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with process workflows, work instructions, production plans, as well as quality and safety standards in a 3-shift operation for the production of miniature circuit breakers (MCBs). You play a central role in maintaining smooth production operations. In close cooperation with the department management, you contribute to creating an effective and efficient working environment.

Location: Electrification Business Area, Schaffhausen
Your main responsibilities
Managing capacities, resources, and personnel during the shift and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production targets
Main contact person for process-related questions and ensuring adherence to defined process standards
Identifying improvement potentials in production processes and equipment as well as solution-oriented handling of technical, quality, and logistical challenges
Motivating and developing the team and working closely with internal support functions for efficient communication
Your qualifications
Completed technical vocational training
Several years of experience in production or production-related areas
Initial leadership experience in a production environment
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automated production lines
Experience with continuous improvement projects and lean management methods (e.g. KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma)
High comprehension, resilience, and strong team behaviour
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
Willingness to work shifts (currently 3-shift model, possibly including Saturdays)
Good interpersonal skills and assertiveness
ERP knowledge (SAP)
