What you will do here
- Professionally qualified teaching in the Bachelor and Master programs as well as in the continuing education courses of the Department of Architecture, Timber and Construction in the field of timber construction
- Acquisition and implementation of R&D projects, research mandates and service contracts in the area of own expertise within the scope of the Timber Structures specialist group of the Institute for Timber Construction
- Representing the university and showing presence in public within the specialist field
What you ideally bring with you
- University degree in civil engineering, timber engineering or wood technology, each with a specialization in timber construction
- Research experience is advantageous
- Several years of professional experience outside academia in timber construction
- Communication and teamwork skills, strong initiative
- Certificate in university didactics or willingness to obtain one
- Very good German skills and good English skills, good French skills are advantageous
