The Cantonal Bankruptcy Office in Oensingen carries out the tasks of bankruptcy enforcement law in the Canton of Solothurn. For the Cantonal Bankruptcy Office we are looking immediately or by arrangement at the Oensingen location for a Legal Officer, 80-100%.
Your responsibilities
- You independently manage bankruptcy proceedings with a high degree of difficulty concerning natural and legal persons as well as renounced inheritances.
- You take responsibility for all tasks of a bankruptcy procedure.
- Your supervisors and colleagues support you with complex procedural and legal questions.
- You conduct investigations into bankruptcy-related criminal offences and prepare criminal charges for the competent authorities.
- In your role, you maintain close and active contact with clients and authorities.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree in law and good IT skills.
- Ideally, you have already demonstrated your expertise in practice and can show experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
- You have a confident demeanour, can negotiate skilfully, and assert yourself when necessary.
- Flexibility, composure, and a sense of priorities characterise you in a lively work environment.
- You enjoy working independently and are happy to take responsibility for a demanding, interesting, and highly varied area of work.
