Lead Abacus Compact (m/f/d) 80-100%

What you will achieve

• You take on the personnel and financial leadership of the Abacus Compact team
• You are jointly responsible for the establishment and further development of standard mandates and products
• You manage the utilisation, project and earnings planning of the team
• You coordinate sales and marketing activities together with Sales, Inside Sales and Lead Sales
• You work closely with product management on the further development of SME products
• You work closely with the fiduciary committee for standard mandates
• You represent the team in the BDO Digital Management committee
• You act as a hub between BDO Digital and the fiduciary product area regarding customer enquiries/requirements and the further development of Abacus solutions
• You actively participate in the team and support important professional and organisational issues

• You have very good knowledge of the fiduciary business and a strong understanding of SMEs
• You bring sound business management knowledge
• You have good knowledge of Abacus applications and a broad understanding of the Abacus environment
• You have experience in leading and developing employees
• You present yourself confidently, communicate persuasively and can bring together different stakeholders
• You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and gladly take on responsibility
• You have a pronounced hands-on mentality and also get involved in operational matters yourself
• You recognise potential for standardised, efficient and economical solutions and develop these further together with your team
