Business Analyst / Business Consultant 80–100 %
Member of the Executive Board

Your tasks
You are the interface between customers, processes, data and technology.

• You are responsible for the technical foundations, operation (Azure) and further development of the activity analysis CURAtime
• You coordinate collaboration with development and infrastructure partners
• You analyse data, recognise connections and derive concrete recommendations for action
• You are responsible for sound CURAtime evaluations and dashboards in Power BI
• You present the results clearly in customer projects and are a competent contact person for the project and support team
• As a member of the executive board, you ensure smooth order processing according to our business processes

You bring with you
You combine analytical thinking with strong communication skills and enjoy developing concrete improvements from data. You understand the language of the executive board as well as the challenges of the administrative staff.

• Degree (HF, FH or university) in business informatics or comparable education
• Experience as a business analyst/consultant, process manager or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Power BI and SQL, ideally experience with Azure
• Strong understanding of data, processes and business management contexts
• Enjoyment in analysing complex issues and developing actionable solutions
• Confident manner and strong communication skills at all hierarchical levels
• Enjoyment in customer contact and in not only analysing but also changing
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style as a team player
• Industry knowledge in healthcare is an advantage
