Concrete and Commercial Construction Estimator (m/f/d)

• independent preparation of quotations for complex projects in concrete and commercial construction
• development of calculation bases and contractor variants
• support of the department management in administrative and technical matters
• preparation of supplementary offers
• participation in site inspections and close cooperation with clients and project teams
• preparation of offers for large projects within an experienced calculation team
• regular collaboration with other group companies in the preparation of offers

• completed studies as a civil engineer FH/ETH, construction foreman school or technician HF
• several years of practical experience in construction, ideally with calculation activities
• enjoyment of challenging projects in commercial and concrete construction
• strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness
• very good IT skills
