Finance and Accounting Specialist 80-100% | Bern, near the station | Immediate start or by arrangement

Our finance and controlling team offers a comprehensive range of services to internal and external clients. With expertise, commitment, and a focus on future-oriented solutions, we create reliable decision-making foundations and enable our clients to concentrate on their core competencies.

Your tasks:

• You independently manage client accounting – from A for asset accounting to Z for payment transactions
• You prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, trimester, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• You participate in budgeting and prepare meaningful reports for management
• You analyse existing financial processes and develop them further together with the team
• You contribute your expertise and support the development of individual solutions for our clients

Your profile:

• Solid experience in finance and accounting and enthusiasm for professional development
• Further education in finance (professional certificate in finance and accounting) or willingness to pursue such qualification
• Strong IT affinity and confident use of Abacus and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Uncomplicated, service-oriented, and resilient personality
• Precise and independent working style
• Affinity for numbers, connected thinking, and interest in efficient processes
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
• Knowledge of InDesign is an advantage
