You will take on the operational support of around 300 employees and thus form the first HR contact point in the pet food production area. With support, you will start your new role as department manager
Tasks
- Operational activity for the pet food production area as the first contact person for around 300 employees (excluding payroll processing)
- Independent handling of personnel administration from entry to exit, contacts with offices and authorities as well as obtaining permits
- Support, advice and assistance to employees and managers in all HR matters
- Correct implementation of labour law basics as well as advice in legal cases
- Preparation of evaluations and statistics
- Active participation in projects and in the optimisation of processes
Profile
- Further training as an HR assistant is required
- At least three years of professional experience in operational HRM or recruitment (industrial environment advantageous)
- Very good knowledge of labour law
- Committed and open personality with an independent working style as well as high social and advisory competence
- Confident handling of MS Office and HR IT systems, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional language skills are an advantage
