Your tasks

• Support and further development of the SuccessFactors modules LMS, Succession & Development, EmployeeCentral, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance & Goals and Time
• Support of other HR tools (certificate tool, OpenText, UKA)
• Collaboration with external implementation partners and internal IT

What convinces us about you

• Training or further education in HR or IT with a strong affinity for the other discipline
• Initial experience with SuccessFactors and the desire to expand knowledge
• Very good German and English skills (at least level B2)
• Independent working style with interconnected thinking and organisational skills
• Flexible and service-oriented team player
