The Graubünden Cantonal School is an important educational institution with approx. 1,000 students from all three cantonal languages. As a section of the Office for Upper Secondary Education, it offers upper secondary education cycles at the high school with long and short training as well as at the specialized school, commercial secondary school, and computer science secondary school. The school office is the first point of contact for students and parents, processes the central procedures of the annual school activities, and supports the management in administrative tasks as well as in the implementation of various projects.
For the office, we are looking for a school secretary starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Co-responsibility for the varied administrative tasks of the school office
- Providing information at the counter and by phone
- Maintaining general correspondence
- Assisting various sectors of the school administration
- Supporting the rectorate in administrative activities
- Processing various changes and planning work in the school administration software
- Drafting detailed minutes
- Evaluating and preparing statistics
- Organizing school events and presentations
- Completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk AFC or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience
- Proficiency in German; knowledge of other cantonal languages is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office programs and a precise working method
- Being a reliable and service-oriented person who enjoys working in a small team and cultivating a pleasant relationship with the various school interest groups (students, teachers, staff, parents).
