The KOCH Group AG is a construction supplier operating at five locations in Switzerland with over 300 employees. Our range includes 100,000 items and consists of fittings, tools, machines, and other products, which can be ordered in the online shop and are delivered through modern, in-house logistics. To strengthen the specialist trade business unit at the 📌St. Gallen location, we are offering a position immediately or by arrangement as:

Your tasks:

• Active sales of our range in the area of fittings, tools, and machines
• Competent customer advice through appropriate product recommendations and solution-oriented actions
• Creating customised offers
• Maintaining existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Recording the complete order processing in the ERP system
• Contributing to an attractive and customer-oriented product presentation
• Conscientious management of products on the sales floor and in the warehouse
• Preparing products directly for collection or shipping
• Close cooperation with the internal and external sales teams
• Responsibility for the cash register in the store

Your profile:

• Completed training in retail EFZ with a specialisation in hardware or basic craft training, e.g. as a carpenter* EFZ = lateral entry
• Essential expertise in the construction and craft sector (tools, fittings, etc.)
• Professional appearance and friendly manners
• Communicative and motivating personality
• Strong advisory competence and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented and structured working style
• Reliable, helpful, and a team player
• Good German language skills, spoken and written

• Confident handling of the MS Office suite
