Business Process Manager Billing & Invoicing (all)

You actively develop the Billing & Invoicing end-to-end for the Customer Operations area. In doing so, you combine process knowledge with digitalisation and automation and bring about optimisations together with Operations, IT, Data and other specialist departments from analysis to implementation.

Your field of activity

• You analyse billing and invoicing processes end-to-end, identify media discontinuities, sources of errors and manual steps, and develop standardised, automatable target processes
• You translate technological developments into future process and system target images and accompany technology projects from a business perspective
• For automation, RPA and AI, you identify and evaluate use cases according to benefit, feasibility, risk and customer impact and support piloting and implementation
• You orchestrate improvement and transformation initiatives together with Operations, IT/Digital, Data & Analytics, process management and other specialist departments
• You anchor new processes and systems in everyday work by involving employees, accompanying workshops and pilot projects, and building up key users and multipliers
• You establish a continuous optimisation process and drive the further development of the operating model for billing & invoicing

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in business administration
• Ideally, you have experience with specific billing processes and systems in the energy sector
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment distinguish you, preferably in the energy sector
• You plan and coordinate complex projects in a structured manner and proactively develop suitable solutions
• You already have experience with SAP IS-U and SAP CRM and are proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications
• You communicate clearly and understandably in German and French and work
