Introduction
Tasks
- Planning, coordination and execution of maintenance work in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation and electrical (HVACSE)
- Supervision and maintenance of specialised systems such as medical gases, water treatment and building technology
- Independent analysis and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation
- Comprehensive documentation of your work in the maintenance system (Waveware)
- Coordination and support of external service providers as well as participation in technical projects - with the possibility of taking on responsibility
- Operation and monitoring of safety-relevant systems as well as participation in the building management system
Profile
- Completed training in a technical field (preferably electrical)
- Initial professional experience, ideally in a hospital or comparable environment
- Willingness to be on call
- Solution-oriented, independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team player with a strong service mentality
- Enjoyment of a dynamic working environment and continuous further training
