HR Specialist / HR Project Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You support our employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle - from entry to exit - and ensure professional, efficient and service-oriented personnel administration.

At the same time, you take responsibility for the further development and digitalisation of our HR processes. As part of our HR digitalisation programme, you accompany sub-projects for the automation and optimisation of administrative processes, work on the introduction of new HR systems and support the continuous improvement of our processes. In doing so, you contribute your own ideas, analyse existing working methods and help to create modern, efficient and future-oriented HR solutions for our organisation.

Your profile:

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate
• Understanding of seamless, automated HR processes and the integration of payroll, HR and employee self-service
• Extensive experience as an HR specialist, ideally in a dynamic SME or retail environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
• Digital affinity and enjoyment in questioning and optimising processes
• Confident German language skills; French skills are a plus
• Practical experience with Abacus HR and payroll software (payroll accounting and human resources) as well as confident use of MS Office
• Independent, precise and service-oriented working style
