WISS is the leading Swiss competence center in real estate continuing education in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. With its educational offerings, it imparts solid expertise, from the level of clerk through part-time, federally recognized qualifications up to the level of advanced technical college.

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a lecturer for higher vocational education in the subject of real estate valuation.

Your profile

• Further training as a real estate appraiser
• Several years of experience in all aspects of real estate appraisal
• In-depth expertise in: construction law and planning law, construction, financial mathematical valuation methods, conventional valuation methods
• Good knowledge of the education sector
• Strong organizational skills
• Joy and commitment in adult education
• Proactive, implementation-strong personality ("doer")
• Openness and dynamism in dealing with new situations
