• You lead our three-person HR Services team, deploy its strengths purposefully and ensure good collaboration.
• Personnel administration, payroll and social insurances come together with you. You keep an overview and get involved yourself with demanding questions.
• You are responsible for payroll runs and closing tasks, coordinate the salary and bonus rounds and represent our payroll specialist.
• You simplify processes and use the possibilities of SAP SuccessFactors to further develop our HR Services digitally.
• You lead projects in the area of HR Services and implement them together with IT, specialist departments and external partners.
• Together with HR consulting, you ensure smooth processes and strong HR service for employees and managers.
• You are responsible for HR reporting and internal controls.
• You deputise for the Head of Personnel in agreed topics.

• Experience in HR Services and Swiss payroll as well as solid knowledge of social insurances and labour law.
• You bring leadership experience, provide orientation and know how to motivate your team for joint tasks and changes.
• A higher vocational qualification or a degree with a suitable focus in HR, payroll or social insurances.
• Experience in further developing HR processes and systems and implementing projects.
• Confident handling of HR applications and Excel; ideally, you already know SAP SuccessFactors well.
• You tackle topics on your own initiative, think in context and find practical solutions. You communicate clearly and have a feel for your counterpart.
