Your tasks
- Leading a mixed-age small class with a maximum of 10 children with special needs (e.g., ADHD, ASD, developmental delays, psychological stress).
- You have or are seeking experience in differentiated instruction; interdisciplinary, project-based work is desired.
- Holistic support of the children in academic, emotional, and social aspects.
- Collaboration with and leadership of a class team consisting of class assistants and/or a social educator in training.
- Committed collaboration in the special education team consisting of 3 small classes.
Your profile
- An EDK-recognized teaching diploma for primary level (grades 1–3) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have or are seeking experience in differentiated instruction of a small class.
- Experience or training in working with children with special needs (PH, HFH, or comparable practice).
- Clarity, warmth, and responsibility in your pedagogical attitude.
- Enjoyment in exploring new paths and actively contributing to the further development of the school team.
