You are familiar with property management, enjoy taking responsibility, and at the same time appreciate a team that supports each other? Then we might be a good match.

Räber Immo is an established real estate company based in Muri AG and firmly rooted in the Freiamt region. We are looking for reinforcement for our management team immediately or by arrangement.

Your task

You independently manage your own portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership and are the central contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers, and craftsmen.

From administrative and technical management to property accounting, tenant changes, annual financial statements, as well as heating and ancillary cost billing, your portfolio is your responsibility. You also prepare and independently conduct condominium owners' meetings.

What you bring

You already have several years of experience in property management, work independently and organised, and appreciate personal contact with people. Good IT skills are a matter of course for you. A federal professional certificate and experience with W&W ImmoTop2 are a plus but not a must.
