Assistant Inheritance Advisory & Executor Services (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Support for currently two estate advisors in the creation and processing of documents such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, division proposals, advance directives, etc.
- Receipt and coordinated handling of customer concerns
- Administrative support in day-to-day business
- Organisation and coordination of appointments
- Clarifications with offices, authorities and institutions
- Ensuring and implementing internal processes
- Opening and billing of mandates
What do you bring with you?
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in an assistant role in banking or legal field is an advantage
- Strong quality awareness as well as a structured, careful, detail-oriented and precise way of working
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written German
- High organisational skills as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a structured and conscientious manner even with changing requirements
- Strong IT affinity as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AI-supported applications
