Your tasks
- You support and advise the operations team on structural and building technology matters and ensure documentation for measures and their budgeting with the help of condition reports
- You coordinate, manage and supervise external service providers and ensure contractual services
- You ensure the requirements for optimal maintenance and the flawless functioning of the technical infrastructure and initiate targeted maintenance measures if necessary
- You monitor construction execution and pay attention to costs, deadlines, quality, environment and safety
- You take over the professional handling of defects, damage and warranty cases in close cooperation with operations and construction management
- You accompany renovation projects and are the central contact person on behalf of operations for external site management or Livit construction
- You advise on energy and environmental measures and present optimisation proposals and improvement measures
Your profile
- You have completed a vocational training in the construction trade (e.g. draughtsperson or facility management or a comparable technical education)
- You bring commercial further training or professional experience in the real estate or construction industry
- You have experience in facility management, building maintenance or technical operations
- You are familiar with the handling of construction projects in the field of construction
- You have a pronounced technical understanding of structural damage and warranty cases, know relevant standards and regulations and can plausibly derive causes of damage
- You communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external contacts and always act in a service-oriented manner
- You work in a structured, efficient way and keep an overview even under time pressure
- You are a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and organisational talent
