About the job

• Coordinate, support and promote employees in the assigned People Pool in the IT environment
• Set target agreements, conduct regular employee discussions and ensure consistent performance evaluation
• Coach and individually develop employees
• Be responsible for personnel planning and manage the deployment of employees in close coordination with project managers
• Identify required employee profiles, recruit and integrate new employees
• Manage all administrative and organisational matters in the People Pool

• Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a technical flair
• Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally on the service provider side and/or in the IT engineering environment
• Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
• Strong quality awareness, strong customer orientation and a confident appearance
• Fluent German and good English skills (Level B2); French and/or Italian an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer an advantage
