What you can achieve
- Coordinate, support and promote employees in the assigned People Pool in the IT environment
- Set target agreements, conduct regular employee discussions and ensure consistent performance evaluation
- Coach and individually develop employees
- Be responsible for personnel planning and manage the deployment of employees in close coordination with project managers
- Identify required employee profiles, recruit and integrate new employees
- Manage all administrative and organisational matters in the People Pool
What you bring with you
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration with a technical flair
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally on the service provider side and/or in the IT engineering environment
- Structured and conscientious personality with a can-do attitude and high commitment
- Strong quality awareness, strong customer orientation and a confident appearance
- Fluent German and good English skills (Level B2); French and/or Italian an advantage
- Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer an advantage
