International Service Technician (Mechanic) (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

You are responsible for service tasks on our customised flat and profile grinding machines at our customers (worldwide, mainly in Europe). Fault analysis & troubleshooting

• Repairs, overhauls and conversions
• Pre-acceptance & customer training
• Installation, commissioning, training and final acceptance
• Sale and execution of our service offerings
• Technical customer support
• Helpline and technical support for the spare parts service

Your Qualifications

• • Technical training (polymechanic, mechatronics technician, etc.)
  • Strong mechanical understanding, preferably with corresponding further training
  • High quality and safety awareness
  • Control knowledge of Siemens SINUMERIK 840D controls or experience in the maintenance of machine tools is an advantage
  • Fluent English spoken & written (any additional foreign language is an advantage)
  • Interest in CNC-controlled grinding machines
  • High commitment and willingness to travel (deployment duration from 1 - 30 days)
  • Enjoyment in dealing with people, teamwork, a high willingness to learn and perform as well as organisational talent are basic requirements
  • Analytical thinking, communicative and customer-oriented manner as well as a sense of responsibility complete your personality
