Franz Pfister AG is a company within the Hächler Group and specialises in the areas of sewer maintenance, cleaning and inspection, drain, pipe and tunnel cleaning, surface maintenance, graffiti and chewing gum removal, as well as extreme dirt remediation, and operates a 24-hour emergency service.

Dispatcher

You keep an overview even with many simultaneous assignments: you plan and coordinate our daily orders and ensure that our 20 vehicles and around 30 employees are deployed optimally.

Your area of responsibility

• Receiving and processing telephone and written orders from customers and internal departments
• Efficient planning and coordination of the daily assignments of our employees and vehicles
• Continuous monitoring and adjustment of deployment planning
• First point of contact for private customers, administrations, site managers and internal teams
• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Coordination and responsibility for holiday and absence planning within the team
• Ensuring smooth information flow between customers, employees and internal departments

Your profile

• Technical training with commercial further education or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in dispatch or deployment planning
• Mandatory industry experience in sewer cleaning or the sanitary sector
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Strong organisational talent and high personal responsibility
• Proactive, reliable and loyal team player
• Good IT user skills
