Your tasks
In this role, the candidate will provide support in all administrative, technical and organisational areas. They will also be responsible for the following tasks:
- Supporting our maintenance specialists and the regional manager in their management and technical activities
- Carrying out organisational and administrative activities related to the management of the Swissgrid regional office in Castione
- Requesting permits for carrying out maintenance work
- Administrative support for orders and invoice management
- Responsibility for processing and archiving data in various systems such as SAP, SharePoint, GIS, etc., as well as archiving technical documentation
- Supporting the organisation of annual instructions for external collaborators and events

For this position, we are looking for a flexible person oriented towards service and teamwork. They are dynamic and skilled in communication with internal and external partners. They fit the following profile:
- Basic technical training with commercial training or vice versa
- Experience with administrative processes, organisational talent and familiarity with correspondence
- Interest in technical fields and support systems used
- Friendliness, availability, practicality, ability to react calmly to changing circumstances
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite and SAP
- Native Italian speaker, good knowledge of German, knowledge of French is an advantage
