At the medical centre in Stapfenmärit in Köniz our general practitioners and specialists from medical and complementary fields take care of the well-being and health of the patients.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE OR AGREED START A LEAD MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT 80-100%

We expect

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Ideally first experience as Lead MPA
• Further training as MPK (practice management direction) is an advantage
• Trainer course required or willingness to complete it
• Strong social skills, communication skills and organisational talent
• A high level of responsibility, a "hands-on" mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
• High resilience, flexibility and motivation to actively shape processes
• Enjoyment in dealing with patients
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
