WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE OR AGREED START A LEAD MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT 80-100%
We expect
- Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ with several years of professional experience
- Ideally first experience as Lead MPA
- Further training as MPK (practice management direction) is an advantage
- Trainer course required or willingness to complete it
- Strong social skills, communication skills and organisational talent
- A high level of responsibility, a "hands-on" mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
- High resilience, flexibility and motivation to actively shape processes
- Enjoyment in dealing with patients
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
