YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Advising and supporting managers in all personnel-related matters along the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit
- Independently conducting disciplinary and health discussions as well as advising managers on labour law issues
- Close cross-site collaboration with national and international Stadler Signalling locations on all HR-relevant topics
- Contributing to the development, optimisation, and implementation of operational HR processes
- Active participation in cross-departmental HR projects and support in implementing strategic HR initiatives
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial or business administration training with further education in Human Resources Management (e.g. HR specialist with a federal diploma)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in an industrial or technical environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Proactive, independent, and structured working style combined with a high quality and service awareness
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enjoyment in working with people of different hierarchy and professional levels
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; French skills are an advantage
