Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise dining room service
Welcome and assist customers ensuring a high-level experience
Manage and train dining room staff
Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage reservations and dining room organization
Maintain the image and quality standards of the restaurant
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as Maître d' or Head Waiter
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
Knowledge of service techniques and HACCP standards
Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
Flexible hours, availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
