The Reformed Church community Egg, close to the city, located between Pfannenstiel and Greifensee, is a lively, active church community with around 2,600 members.
Main tasks
- Organization and management of the church community administration
- Secretariat of the church council meetings as well as the church community assemblies
- Monitoring of legal requirements, enforcement and implementation of resolutions
- Invoicing as well as accounting and controlling, management of the member database (KiKartei), personnel administration, archive management, implementation of ISMS and eGeko
- Advertisements and official publications, also for votes and elections
- Contact and cooperation with employees, pastoral team and members of the church council and commissions as well as with the political community
Your profile
- Commercial training and preferably professional experience in a church community administration or public administration
- Very good IT skills (MS Office) and willingness to work with other programs
- Confidence and fluency in the German language (spoken and written)
- Resilient, communicative and flexible personality with organizational talent
- High social competence; accustomed to interacting with a wide variety of people
- Noticeable service orientation, reliability, sociability and team spirit
- Precise work, networked thinking, independent action
- Willingness to attend meetings outside office hours
Our Administrative Management is the organizational interface and link between employees, pastoral team, church council and external stakeholders and has an executive, coordinating and supportive function.
