Your tasks

• Take over the operational management of the specialist unit in the absence of the team leader
• Manage day-to-day business, assign tasks and monitor implementation
• Ensure smooth operations as well as the readiness of all necessary resources and availability around the clock
• Coordinate on-site interventions and act as the central contact person in day-to-day business
• Support the planning and further development of the specialist unit as well as actively participate in projects including deputising for the team leader

What convinces us about you

• Several years of professional experience in the service sector, ideally in the security field
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Very good German and English skills
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• High commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Strong communication skills as well as high social competence and ability to work in a team
