Tasks

• Leadership and further development of the Alumni, Career Services & Events staff area as well as the employees
• Support and assistance for students in the transition from studies to professional life
• Further development and positioning of career services offerings according to the needs of students and the labour market
• Building, maintaining and activating the alumni community as well as strengthening long-term ties to the SML
• Further development of the event portfolio and ensuring effective event formats for networking and positioning the SML

Profile

• University degree (university/fachhochschule) or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in a university, education, network, career services, alumni or comparable environment
• Strong conceptual and strategic skills combined with a high implementation focus
• High relationship and networking competence as well as enjoyment in exchanging with students, alumni, companies and other partners
• Experience in designing and conducting demanding events is an advantage
