Role:
As a System Engineer Network & Virtualisation, you get IT systems running and keep them stable. Technical variety shapes your everyday life, from network technology through server administration to virtualisation. You work closely with customers and find solutions that really fit. You take responsibility in projects and continuously develop your know-how.
Responsibilities:
You commission IT systems and ensure their reliable maintenance
You monitor the systems, detect faults early, and resolve problems sustainably
You independently and solution-orientedly handle requests from the IT environment
You analyse customer needs, provide comprehensive advice, and support the environments long-term
Additionally, you document the systems and take on administrative tasks in projects
Qualifications:
You have training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
You bring sound knowledge in server operation, networks, and IT security
You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
Analytical thinking and enjoyment in solving technical issues characterise you
Furthermore, you convince with team spirit, commitment, and open communication
Moreover, you enjoy further training; a category B driving licence is an advantage
