For the Division Civil Engineering, we are looking for you as our new Employee Regional Depot Administration 80-100% for the Equipment & Technology Services area (depot organisation). Your future place of employment will be in Buchrain.

What you will do

Digital processing of creditor invoices
Carrying out the monthly depot and joint venture billing
Creation of debtor invoices
Filing and documentation of relevant site matters
Cross-depot support in all administrative matters
Administrative support for our internal main customer tunnel construction
Administrative support for the depot manager

Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in main or secondary construction trades
Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
A flair for numbers
Good MS Office skills
Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style, team spirit and high flexibility
Service-oriented personality who enjoys contact with internal partners
