Your area of responsibility:

• Participation in capital market transactions, M&A transactions of listed companies, including public takeovers
• Teamwork for demanding clients (including close cooperation with other specialist groups) in legally and factually complex international cases
• Advising listed companies and investors on all corporate and capital market law issues

Your profile:

• Professional experience in Capital Markets and/or Corporate/M&A is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Team spirit, loyalty, confident appearance, structured and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Willingness to learn and readiness to perform above average
