Deputy Team Leader Hospitality (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Support of the Team Leader Hospitality in the daily management and organisation of the ward service and cleaning areas
- Deputising for the Team Leader during their absence
- Active participation in the ward service and cleaning areas
- Ensuring service quality as well as compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Support and guidance of employees in their daily work
- Monitoring workflows and ensuring smooth operations
- Flexible deployment in different shifts as well as willingness to work weekends
- Close cooperation with nursing and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or housekeeping (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or clinical setting
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
- Organisational skills, sense of responsibility, and independent working style
- High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with patients
- Flexibility and willingness to work different hours and weekends
- Empathy, high resilience, teamwork skills, and good communication abilities
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
