This is how you shape health
- You independently plan and conduct IT and specialist audits in various company areas with a focus on IT, information security, and digitalisation, and prepare clear and comprehensible audit reports
- You analyse risks and assess the effectiveness of processes, controls, as well as governance and risk management systems
- You check compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- You develop risk-oriented audit programmes and use data-based analyses
- You assess the implementation of agreed measures (follow-up)
- You work closely with compliance, risk management, external audit, and other internal partners
- You promote modern, data-driven audit approaches and bring new ideas for the further development of Internal Audit
What sets you apart
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, business law, or comparable
- Professional experience in internal or external audit with a focus on IT governance, information security, compliance, data protection, or in an IT-GRC role within an insurance company
- Understanding of risk management, governance, and control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 27001
- Ideally, you hold a certification such as CIA/CISA or are willing to obtain one
- Experience in handling data analyses
- High degree of independence as well as a strong quality and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels
- Integrity, discretion, and a solution-oriented collaboration with various stakeholders
