What to expect:

• Responsibility for defined product groups in the non-medical sector
• Development and implementation of product group strategies
• Conducting tenders as well as contract and price negotiations
• Analysis of offers and procurement markets
• Further development of supplier relationships and purchasing processes
• Identification of optimisation, standardisation, and savings potentials
• Consultation and collaboration with internal specialist departments

What you should bring:

• Completed studies (FH, HF, University) or comparable training with further education in purchasing
• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing with product group or portfolio responsibility
• Experience in purchasing services, facility management, or indirect materials is an advantage
• Knowledge of public procurement law/tender law is desirable
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial working style
• High degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
