We are looking for a

Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Main tasks:

You lead, motivate and develop the QA team as well as the metrology department on site (calibration, approvals, etc.).

You bear overall responsibility for development, project, production and customer quality.

You define, implement and monitor testing and release processes, manage non-conformity management and conduct internal audits.

You analyse quality indicators, derive measures and work closely with production, development and project management.

You train employees in quality-relevant topics and contribute the quality perspective in supplier evaluations.

You embody occupational safety regulations, treat all company data confidentially and promote an active feedback culture.

Profile:

• Technical basic training with further education as a technician HF

• Good professional experience in the quality field and leadership experience. Experience in plastics technology (injection moulding) is a great advantage.

• Confident application of modern quality methods and analyses in practice.

• Very good German and/or French skills (with good knowledge of the other language); English skills are an advantage.

• You are committed, resilient, reliable and independent. In addition to strong teamwork skills, you also have good assertiveness.
