To complement our team at the BAZ Thun centre, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an employee for early and late shift care at 80% (fixed-term until 28.02.2027).
Your Responsibilities
- Implement the directives of the department management (FBL) and the care management (LB)
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Implement the SEM quality standards QSU
- Carry out care tasks according to BEKO SEM
Your Profile
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
- Driving licence category B
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- Ukrainian | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- Additional asylum-relevant language (advantageous) | spoken: B1 | written: B1
