Technical Sales Support (m/f/d)

For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a supporting role within the sales organisation. You will work closely with various sales functions, keep commercial processes running, and regularly engage directly with customers and business partners.
Responsibilities:
Receive business inquiries and gather the necessary information for further processing
Prepare calculation and decision bases for different sales cases
Support sales staff in their daily customer handling
Conduct professional telephone contacts with customers and external contacts
Organise sales campaigns and assist in their implementation
Prepare sales-related documents and information reliably
Independently handle administrative tasks within the sales organisation
Contribute to optimising processes and digital working methods within the team
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with commercial further education
Experience in a sales-related role
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a versatile internal sales role
Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills
Confident use of Microsoft Office and high IT affinity
Independent, structured, and reliable working style
Initiative and strong team orientation
