Reception Team Leader

To complete the team of Hotellerie Spital Thurgau, we are looking for a Reception Team Leader from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.

Reception Team Leader

You will take on

• You will lead the reception at the Kantonsspital Frauenfeld with 9 employees and continuously develop workflows and processes
• Together with your team, you ensure a professional and service-oriented reception operation around the clock and actively participate in day-to-day business
• You are the contact person for patients, visitors, as well as internal and external offices - personally and by phone
• You are responsible for administrative tasks such as patient data maintenance in SAP, mail processing, sales and cash closing
• You ensure the implementation of emergency concepts and, together with your team, take on tasks related to technical monitoring systems

You bring with you

• Completed EFZ training in the commercial sector, in hospitality or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership and professional experience, ideally in reception, administration, hospitality or healthcare with appropriate further training
• You lead appreciatively and reliably, communicate confidently and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• A strong service and quality orientation, organisational talent as well as an independent and reliable working style characterise you
• You have very good German skills and are confident in handling common digital work tools
• Operational work in a 7×24-hour operation including weekend, public holiday and occasional night shifts is natural for you
