File Manager for the Postgraduate Teaching Centre
The Postgraduate Teaching Centre for Specialisation in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (CEPUSPP) of the Department of Psychiatry is offering a 60% file manager position from 1 August 2026. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the five Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
The Postgraduate Teaching Centre for Specialisation in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (CEPUSPP) is a regional network of training institutions under the postgraduate training programme of 20 December 2018 (section 5.2) established by the Swiss Institute for Postgraduate and Continuing Medical Education (ISFM). It brings together postgraduate training institutions from the cantons of Bern (French-speaking part), Fribourg, Jura, Neuchâtel, Valais, and Vaud.
CEPUSPP is recognised by the ISFM to organise and provide theoretical training for doctors aiming for the specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy. This training is also open to psychologists.
Mission
- You ensure and monitor the implementation of techno-pedagogical and digital developments
- You initiate and follow techno-pedagogical developments on the IT platform and in the course programme
- You manage the multimedia, digital, and IT components of the hybrid training programme
- You ensure the management of the technical aspects of the IT platform and attendance recording
- You manage courses for 9 curricula and collaborate on administrative activities
- You manage all communications related to Thursday courses
- You manage changes in the programme and emergencies (teacher absences, substitutions, room changes, etc.)
- You manage email correspondence and collaborate with the team on administrative activities
- You contribute to reflection and implementation of pedagogical developments
- You support the pedagogical manager in project development
- You manage multimedia aspects related to projects (video editing, uploading, etc.)
- You organise specific pedagogical arrangements (off-site courses, simulated patients, etc.).
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, media technician, or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a professional maturity certificate or a baccalaureate (an advantage)
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in administrative management in the field of education
- You have excellent command of French (spoken and written); knowledge of a foreign language is an asset
- You have advanced skills in multimedia, IT, and digital tools
- You are able to integrate into a multidisciplinary team
- You adapt your communication to the context and demonstrate a spirit of mutual support and collaboration
- You have a sense of discretion, and show rigour and flexibility
- You possess good organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as analytical and synthesis abilities
- You have knowledge of educational IT platforms (Moodle, Mahara, etc.), which is an asset.
