Job Description
We are looking for a specialist in SAP access and authorisation management for our client. This role is crucial to ensure the security and integrity of the company’s SAP systems.
Main Task
The SAP access and authorisations specialist has the main task of:
Design and Implementation: Designing, implementing, controlling and maintaining roles and access profiles in the company’s SAP systems.
Compliance: Ensuring that access rights comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements (GDPR etc.).
User Experience: Ensuring a smooth user experience while adhering to security standards.
Requirements
Education: University degree (Bachelor to Master) in Computer Science, Information Systems or Cybersecurity.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within a complex SAP environment.
Languages: Very good French and English skills (at least level B2).
Tools: Knowledge in using ServiceNow (Incident / Change / Problem / Knowledge Base …). Mastery of ITIL methodologies.
Requirements
SAP Competencies: Mastery of SAP tools and transactions in the area of security and authorisations.
SAP Environments: Good understanding of SAP environments ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA and SAP Solution Manager.
Authorisation Objects: Good understanding of SAP organisational structures and authorisation objects.
Segregation of Duties: Knowledge of segregation-of-duties processes (SoD) as well as compliance principles.
Incident Analysis: Experience in analysing and resolving incidents related to access rights and authorisations.
System Integration: Knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP systems in the area of authentication (SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, Entra ID …).
Security Standards: Knowledge of common IT security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CISSP …).
Analysis Tools: Ability to use SAP analysis and reporting tools to monitor access and detect anomalies. Good knowledge of SAP queries and log analyses.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensuring conformity and accuracy of access rights.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse and solve complex authorisation issues in a structured manner.
