We are very pleased to be seeking a younger customer- and service-oriented personality (m/f/d) for this successful and owner-managed SME.
Account Manager (80-100%)
Your area of responsibility
After thorough training, you will take responsibility for
- quick and competent customer advice by phone and email
- administrative support of the sales staff in the field
- maintenance of data in the ERP system
- monitoring and coordination of appointments and improvisation in case of rescheduling
- coordination and communication with purchasing, logistics and accounting
Your profile
After your commercial or technical basic training, you have already gained some experience in sales. You enjoy communicating with customers and advising them by phone. You are a service provider at heart and think and act in a solution-oriented manner. You like to work conscientiously and focused and feel comfortable in a hub function. You are proficient with common IT tools, German is your mother tongue, and ideally you can also converse in English. You love it when things are busy, appreciate the dynamics of trade, and can enthuse about technical products. You value a collegial and family-like atmosphere in a small, fine team and are looking for a long-term position with prospects.
