Senior Producer Film & Content

• You advise our internal clients on film, video and content projects and develop strong stories and suitable formats from their topics
• You develop storylines, dramaturgy and creative concepts for corporate, project, employer branding and social media content
• You manage productions from A to Z – from briefing and concept through shooting planning, budget and resources to final approval
• You ensure that imagery, storytelling, editing, tone and overall impact meet our quality standards
• You continuously develop our video, recruiting, social media and storytelling formats
• You build a group-wide film portfolio and create standards, templates and reusable content from which the entire Marti Group benefits

• Several years of experience as a producer*, creative producer, content lead, film project manager or in a comparable agency or production role
• A strong understanding of storytelling, dramaturgy, film and channel-appropriate content
• Experience in the professional leadership of creatives, production partners or interdisciplinary teams
• A good eye for imagery, editing, tone, brand and impact
• Confidence in advising clients as well as in developing and managing more complex productions
• The ability to combine creative freedom with clear processes
• A pragmatic working style and enjoyment in not only conceptualising things but implementing them together with the team
