Embedded in our Production & Logistics Center, logistics plays a key role in further developing our production and logistics processes towards a more automated, digitally networked Kistler Smart Factory .
For this newly created, strategically important position for the holistic digitalisation of warehouse and intralogistics processes, we are looking for the digital architect of our future logistics with strong innovative power and high implementation competence in digitalisation projects as

Your typical day
- Process optimisation: You analyse, standardise and optimise current logistical processes along the entire material flow chain and define clear process standards. Furthermore, you actively shape the further development of processes, systems and organisational structures within the framework of the Smart Factory transformation project. SAP Key User & System Support: You take on operational key user support in the area of SAP WM/EWM as well as adjacent logistics systems, manage change requests and contribute to the introduction of new functions
- Maintenance: You perform initial diagnosis of faults in logistical systems and equipment, resolve standard faults and coordinate complex cases
- Master data management: You are responsible for the quality, completeness and consistency of logistical master data, define standards and systematically correct data errors
- Q-Support: You are the first point of contact for quality-relevant issues, assess deviations, initiate corrective measures and support audits
Your profile
- Education & experience: Completed vocational training in logistics (further training as HF process specialist is an advantage) as well as several years of practical experience in industrial logistics
- Digital affinity / SAP: High digital affinity with very good user knowledge in SAP (ideally SAP EWM) as well as sound understanding of master data and its impacts
- Technical enthusiasm: Basic technical understanding of automated or semi-automated logistics systems as well as experience in process analysis and continuous improvement
- Personality: Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style combined with a high quality and safety awareness
- Interface competence: Strong interface competence, good communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
- Languages: Good German language skills in spoken and written form are required
