About the job
Gähler und Partner AG is a successful general planning company in building construction, civil engineering and tunnelling, as well as in project management. With around 170 employees, we combine a broad spectrum of expertise in planning and consulting.
Take responsibility for demanding general planning mandates and develop a new department with us.
To further develop our leadership structures and specifically strengthen our competencies in construction management and site supervision, we are creating a new department within the Architecture and Structural Engineering competence area.
For this, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded leader who will successfully manage demanding general planning mandates as overall project manager and at the same time build and further develop the new department. As a starting point, the existing employees with a focus on construction management and site supervision from our previous departments will be brought together. You will lead the team professionally and personally, strengthen collaboration and further develop the department according to future requirements and market needs.
