Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for the entire operational purchasing process, from obtaining quotes to invoice approval
- You obtain quotations, carry out order planning and place orders
- You monitor order confirmations and delivery dates and ensure that agreed deadlines are met
- You coordinate discrepancy adjustments and clarify open questions with internal and external contacts
- You maintain close contact with project managers and suppliers to ensure smooth processes
- You check and approve supplier invoices and ensure correct maintenance of purchasing master data
What you bring
- You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a purchasing specialist
- You bring several years of experience in operational purchasing and export
- You are proficient in using Navision or Business Central and are confident in digital processes
- You are characterised by flexibility and a positive, service-oriented attitude
- You keep an overview even under high workloads, set priorities and act in a solution-oriented manner
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken
