Multimedia Content Creator

As the ERF MedienLab team, we develop and produce multimedia content for YouTube, web, and social media. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative professional who develops multimedia video and graphic content and convinces with storytelling.

Your main tasks

• You develop and produce target group-oriented multimedia content, from the idea to the finished format
• You stage topics effectively with a marketing focus
• With your multimedia know-how, you professionally support teams in productions
• You think in formats and series and develop recognizable content
• You translate messages and topics into visually appealing formats
• You work closely with editorial teams, marketing, and fundraising
• You advise employees on the conception and implementation of audiovisual content

Your profile

• Experience as a media technician, multimedia producer, or similar
• Strong in storytelling, dramaturgy, and visual design
• Sense for target group-oriented production
• You can identify with the vision of ERF Medien: "We report about God and the world."
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with social media (especially Instagram and YouTube) and content formats
• Know-how in camera, lighting, and sound technology
• Creative, conceptual thinker, with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Independent and structured way of working
• A versatile range of tasks with different stakeholders motivates you; prioritizing comes easily to you
