Task
You can contribute- Instruct claims for damages and compensation against the Confederation, draft orders or statements in these proceedings in French
- Instruction and preparation of decisions of the Federal Council and the Department in French as well as drafting statements on complaints against departmental decisions
- Prepare legal opinions for the head of the department, the secretary general, and the offices
- Handle questions concerning personnel law, public and procurement law, as well as grants to the Confederation
- Assist in investigations/examinations in administrative criminal proceedings under financial market laws

In a nutshell
You support the staff of the general legal service FDF and deal with various questions concerning state liability law.
The General Secretariat FDF (GS-FDF) is the central staff unit of the department with the core areas of staff, communication, resources, legal service, and the area of the delegates for multilingualism of the Confederation, as well as the Digital Administration Switzerland (DVS).
